Develop schematic and preliminary design concepts with the Owner’s interests as most important. Work with Design review committees and governing authorities in permit processing. Work with consultants and owner to integrate the design into cohesive Construction Documents.

Thom Brajkovich Architect:
Thom Brajkovich, with twenty-seven years as an architect and master builder on the Central Coast, believes that architecture should blend naturally and enhance the environment. Color, style, texture, geometry, proportion and sustainability all factor into his designs and communication with his clients is of the utmost importance. He often develops design solutions on the spot and sketches them clearly and quickly.

His clients are kept abreast at every stage of the design of their project. His commitment to historical form and shape partly result from having lived and practiced in Europe. His philosophical values have led him to believe strongly in natural, ecological and historical forms.
